Associated Pathologists, PA has a separate billing department to maintain a high quality of personalized services in our account billing and claim filings.  We bill separately from the facility and physician managing your health concerns. If you received communication from our group, you most likely had a medical procedure performed in one of the locations we serve. If you have any questions regarding your bill, please contact us, with your account number located on your bill in hand.  We can also be contacted should you wish to obtain a good faith estimate on future services being provided.

Our billing organization is Clinical Billing Services, Inc.  We will first attempt to file a claim with your insurance company if insurance information has been provided. An important note to our patients is to be very careful when completing the paperwork during patient registration. Providing accurate personal and up-to-date health insurance information will reduce delays and minimize billing errors.
